After working in the woodland sector and estate management we decided to share our skills and registered as LANTRA instructors, teaching chainsaw operations and other landbased skills to NPTC standard as well as LANTRA. In 2002 we purchased a Lucas Mill, which gave us yet another tool to grow our sustainable buisness. With the prices of timber falling it was obvious that adding value was the only way ahead. Now the full circle can be completed, as we can fell and turn the timber into a useable product and in some cases, produce decking, and other products from wood that would be destined for the firewood merchant.
