Do I need to bring any equipment to my course?
This depends on which course you will be attending. For many courses all equipment is provided. Please see our equipment page for general guidance and each course page for specific requirements.
I’ve seen the course that I would like to attend but it says it is full. Will you be running another course?
Courses are being added to our list all the time and the online list is updated on a weekly basis. If there is a high demand for a particular course we will add in a similar course as soon as possible. Please check back to our availability list or contact us as places may become available on previously full courses.
How do I book a place on a course?
Please contact us and we will forward a booking form to you.
How do I pay?
Please send a cheque in with your booking form or telephone in to make a card payment.
Why have I been asked to bring photos?
A photo I.D.card is available with some courses. Our letter to you will specify whether you will need to bring photos.
How long will it take to get my certificate?
This varies depending on which Awarding Body will be issuing your certificate. We will apply for your certificate on your behalf and forward it to you (subject to fees being paid in full) within 5 working days of receipt at our office.
I’ve applied for a job but my certificate hasn't arrived yet. Can you help?
We can supply a covering letter if required so that you can show to any prospective employer that you are waiting for you certificate to arrive.
