Who is the Course for?
Anyone interested in learning safe lifting techniques and identifying key lifting hazards in their workplace.
The Course
This is a half-day classroom-based session approximately 3½ hours. There is no formal assessment.

What should you bring to the course?
Sensible footwear and casual, comfortable clothing are recommended.
Note: All trainees must be over 16 years of age. Persons with certain ailments or on certain medication may not be able to take part in the practical sessions.
