CIEH Level 2 Award Food Safety in Catering

Who is the Course for?
Anyone handling wrapped or unwrapped food in a catering situation. The CIEH Level 2 Awards in Food Safety are also available in Manufacturing and Retail.

The Course
1 day course. Assessment by written multiple choice test. Answer papers are returned to CIEH for marking – candidates cannot be told whether they have passed or failed at the end of the course Refresher training recommended every 3 years.

What should you bring to the course?
No special equipment as this is a classroom-based course.

Note: All trainees must be over 16 years of age. Persons with certain ailments or on certain medication may not be able to take part in the practical sessions.
