CIEH Level 2 Award Food Safety in Catering
Who is the Course for?
Anyone handling wrapped or unwrapped food in a catering situation. The CIEH Level 2 Awards in Food Safety are also available in Manufacturing and Retail.
The Course
1 day course. Assessment by written multiple choice test. Answer papers are returned to CIEH for marking candidates cannot be told whether they have passed or failed at the end of the course
Refresher training recommended every 3 years.

What should you bring to the course?
No special equipment as this is a classroom-based course.
Note: All trainees must be over 16 years of age. Persons with certain ailments or on certain medication may not be able to take part in the practical sessions.
