What Should You Bring to the Course?
Full Personal Protective Equipment:
Chainsaw helmet (with mesh visor & ear defenders)
Chainsaw gloves, Steel toe-capped chainsaw work boots
Chainsaw trousers (Type C).
Chainsaw in good working order, with manual (Maximum Recommended Guide Bar Length 15”)
Tool kit to include sharpening equipment, knock-in vice, depth gauge, raker, plug spanner & screwdrivers, felling lever, Fuel & Chain Oil
Personal First Aid Kit (must include large wound dressing)
2 Passport Photos
Please bring packed lunch and drinks for each day

Equipment is usually available for hire click here for an application form. Any equipment hired is delivered to the hirer at the course on the first day.
