(CS32) Fell Trees Over 380mm
Who is the Course for?
Anyone using a chainsaw wishing to felling trees over 380mm (15”) at felling height.
Must already have NPTC Maintenance, Cross Cutting and Felling CS30 and CS31 qualification, and have suitable and relevant experience.
3 days for less experienced users.
1 day for experienced users i.e. 3 years experience recommended.
Separate practical assessment with questions (about 3-4 hours) through an NPTC centre. Individuals normally arrange their own assessment with their local NPTC
centre once they have completed their training.
Refresher training is recommended approximately every three years.
! Please note: All trainees must be over 17 years of age. Persons with certain ailments or on certain medication may not be able to take part in the practical sessions. First Aid training recommended.
